In 2004 Ryan did not see much opportunity for growth working in sales for a beverage distribution firm in Indianapolis. He joined Reserve National and after nine years working as an agent, Ryan was named District Manager for INDY in February 2014. In February 2015 he was promoted to Branch Manager. As a Manager Ryan consistently has the national top producing office. His awards include Agent of the Month, 2012 Agent Field Underwriter, 2014 Manager of the Year and Division I Leader a number of times. In October 2015, he was promoted to Regional Manager.
Setting goals, making a commitment to the company and never having a “zero week” are Ryan’s key strategies to having consistent months and strong years. His advice for success: “Be consistent. Reserve National rewards that. It takes week-in and week-out effort to build a book of business. Sell everything in your kit. Know all your policies inside and out and understand how they can help your clients.”
