Prior to his career at Reserve National, Aaron worked as a Sports Director at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and coached the Hoover Middle School swim team to three conference championships. Jim Wright, SJMO, worked part-time for Aaron as a referee at the YMCA and recruited Aaron in September 2005.

Aaron transferred to our Iowa office in 2006 and quickly worked his way up the ranks from agent, to Field Development Specialist, then Branch and District Manager. In 2012 Aaron led his team to a first place finish for household sales. In 2013 he had the top office for December net premium and the leading office in annualized life premium for the year. In July 2013 Aaron was promoted to Regional Manager for the DESI office.

Aaron enjoys introducing others to the opportunities Reserve National offers. “Working for Reserve is the most challenging opportunity I have pursued, which I enjoy. It is also the most rewarding. Reserve has allowed me to align my talents in a way that helps me grow my income and help the agents around me to do the same.”
