Joe was introduced to Reserve National in 2004 and started as a Field Representative in the Wichita office. He was promoted to Field Development Specialist in early 2013, District Manager in April 2014, Branch Manager in October 2014 and is now in his current role of Regional Manager for the Wichita office.

Joe shares that his favorite sales are those when he is able to make a client feel like they have gained some control over his or her situation. His goal is to take the client from a state of uncertainty, stress and confusion to a place of decision and understanding. He feels those moments are what elevates agents from sales people to professionals.
