HeartCare Indemnity Policy
Coronary heart disease is the single largest killer of Americans. More than a third of American women die due to heart disease.** Help protect yourself and your family with our HeartCare policy. The HeartCare policy provides a lump-sum cash benefit of $10,000, $20,000 or $30,000 upon the first-time diagnosis of heart attack, and $2,000, $4,000 or $6,000 for first-time major heart surgery, depending on the coverage you choose. These cash benefits are paid directly to you, regardless of hospitalization or not, and the cash benefit does not have to be spent on treatment. This policy can also be purchased up to age 77.
